Been testing this product since December 09. I still prefer wired mouse.
Things I did to get the most performance out of this mouse. You may or may not get the same results depending on gaming surface "mousepad" and also Radio frequency issues.
EXACTMAT black speed side 11-25 give or take on the "QUALITY" scale
EXTENSION usb cord so the usb DONGLE is less than a foot away from your mouse
Main reason is I found it started getting jitters from 4 feet away after a few games.

Left stick controller goes to sleep at 3 minutes "cannot be changed with firmware"
very slight delay possibly RF issues possibly.
Extension usb cord to help jittery aiming More RF issues possibly.
Doesn't perform on many mousepads
Will keep you updated if theres any changes.

Hi,
Everybody, I will make it short. I am in my 30s and I remember times when Amiga ruled the world of games after that there was PC and long, long nothing behind it. I also have to add that basically I play only First Person Shooters. So when finally after few years of not playing at all I finally decided to go back to my hobby I purchased PS3 without any knowledge of console gaming. When I tried first FPS I just dumped my PS3 and decided to never go back to it because playing FPS games with regular controller just SUCKS!!! Then after few months I got into my hands Frag PRO and FragnStein more or less at the same time.
Frag PRO from Split Fish sucked too unfortunatelly.
FragnStein from Bannco became MY STUFF from day one!!!
If you play FPS games FragnStein is THE MUST BUY ITEM!

Having played PC my whole life, this made the transition to PS3 a breeze. Some of the other reviewers have already stated it perfectly so just scroll down. The bottom line is that this controller functions EXACTLY as advertised. The difference from a regular mouse is so minuscule that the learning curve is only a few hours.
**Make sure you upgrade the firmware immediately though**

awesome product. i was a little worried when i ordered it. it looked fun so i did hoping id like it. at first i thought it was a piece of junk. but i mested around for about an hour or two and adjusted it to the right settings for me. i use a piece of white paper taped to a bo for a mat and it works awesome. it takes a few hours of playing around with the settings and then actual game play to get use to it. i play cod mw2. take it online. sort of like a crash course haha

The FragnStein uses only 1 AAA battery in the numchuck and 1 AAA battery the mouse. It hooks up effortlessly to the ps3 and great for old pc gamers who have been gaming as of late on the PS3 It is amazing why ps3 never came out with their own. They would have gained so much more interest in the ps3 from pc gamers. I Had the other fragchuck out there (splitfish) with much problems getting the ps3 to recognize it and the use of 3 AAA batteries in each (controller and mouse) made it expensive to say the least. I sent it back. Very happy with this product. Good quality and performance. Buy this one. You will not be sorry.
