Back in February I was looking for a new mouse as mine was about to die. Since I do play wow, I somehow came across this mouse in my search. In my excitement I just ordered the mouse without doing much research first.. (I usually never do that and was surprised that I was so spontaneous)
Once I started reading all the posted reviews on many different sites, I was very worried about all the problems that have been reported with sticky buttons, not working, DOA, not true macros ect. So, now I thought I made a mistake by ordering this which would be really bad as this was 99$.
Well I got my mouse a few days later and I went ahead and unpacked it and installed the drivers from the website. So far so good. I received it on a Friday so I spent a little bit of time configuring the buttons to my liking.. This took a bit until I was satisfied.
Then I went and cleared Naxx.
Yes During the raid I was having issues on how it did the macros with it using the chat window.. So, I took a few seconds when they were looting, and made the macros inside wow, enabled another action bar (dominos) scaled it way down and made it invisible unless I mouse over. Drug the macros out there, assigned key stroke and then bound that key to the desired mouse button. Problem solved. After approx 6 hours of play the mouse was still working (no sticky buttons) and I was completely sold on it. Thank God!
I have used the mouse daily for the past 3 going on 4 months and have had no major issues. The mouse works great. I can't imagine playing without it now. It helps being able to watch the fight and just press a button rather than watching the action bar ect.
Just because I am paranoid on a static electricity discharge frying the mouse as some reported, I have a computer case that is metal right at the edge of my desk. So before I touch the mouse, I always touch the side of the case first.. During the colder months this proved critical as there were times I did discharge some static. Now that it has warmed up, no issue but I still touch just in case. I would rather take 2 seconds and touch the case and be ok than touch the mouse and shock it to it's death.
I consider myself lucky to not have received one of the flawed mice. I love this and will probably order another one for my laptop. So when I am on the laptop, I don't have to unplug/plug the mouse in addition to moving cables.
I use this mouse in addition to the logitech g13 gaming board and between the two, I have enough buttons to do whatever I want.
Despite all the negative reviews and flawed mice that did ship out, I am very pleased and highly recommend the mouse.

If you play a game for PC and want a gaming Mouse, you have to ask your self, how are you as a gamer? If your answer is a hardcore gamer and your hands are on point, then this is a good mouse to look at. With the amount of buttons, its easy to set up. the only problem ive found is some times the game (WoW) doesnt see that ur mouse is on and you have to mess with it a few times till it understands it. button lay out is nice and only 2 buttons are kind of hard to hit if you dont have a somewhat average hand. its a bit odd to get used to but it grows on you.
If you are even somewhat a serious gamer you will appreciate and come to love this mouse. June 9, 2010

Our family has five WoW accounts mom, dad and each of the kids. This is our third WoW mouse for the third kid. We have only ever had an issue with one that was bad right out of the box and the manufacturer gladly swapped it out free of charge. One has been Raiding and PvPing since we saw it on BlizzCon, with a spotless service record. If you can't get the easy download to take there is a problem with your security settings not the mouse software. Takes all macros and has so many settings it may be difficult for some of the less computer adept players to figure out beyond action bar settings. Love it have tried Lazer and some of the expensive 18 button mouse's but their buttons are harder to reach and do not allow some macros and ui's to work with their programming. THIS MOUSE WAS MADE JUST FOR WoW AND PERFORMS LIKE A TRUE "HERO". Don't bother with another brand just go with this one.

This is a great mouse for me. That being said it took me half a day to really get used to the feel of this mouse. There is a steep learning curve. Once I got comfortable with this I really enjoyed it. There was some issues with the software and Win 7 64-bit. I wouldn't spend $100 on this mouse. I was able to find it at best buy for $69 which isn't terrible in my opinion.
I like you can switch the color of the LEDs and have different profiles. I personally like this mouse for WoW and other games as well. I love the extra buttons.
I agree this mouse is not for everyone. I would recommend checking into the return policy before purchasing this mouse that way you're not stuck with a mouse you're not comfortable with.

*The mouse shipped nicely packaged and well surrounded within its own designer box.
*The Shipping box from Amazon was superb with lots of popcorn packing. (A+)
*The mouse has a great grip, extra long cloth-like-mesh USB cord, but oddly enough... no red light / laser.
As a feature the mouse repetitively pulses / omits an amber glow it's not too bright or distracting but very ambient-like, and cool in my opinion.
The overall precision & D.P.I. to movement ratio of the mouse is smooth. (Excellent.)
*I bought this as a gift for a heavily addicted W.O.W. player.
She has been a member since the dawn of W.O.W. & to be considered a veteran of the online game, she very much enjoys & cherishes it.
*Although the price is high, if you're into the game as much as she is then the price is never too much to pay.
